摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of different fixation methods in the treatment of mandibular fracture. Method:150 patients with mandibular fractures were retrospectively analysed in our department from January 2009 to December 2012,and were randomly into two groups, each had 52 cases,the control group with the small steel plate fixation method,the observation group used the titanium plate firm fixation. Evaluated the recoverable function of oral cavity after treatment,compared the effect of different fixation methods. Result:Compared operating time and hospitalizing time of two groups ,the differences were statistical significant(t=1.26,P<0.05;t=6.73,P<0.05);Compared the delayed healing rate,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant( χ2=4.83,P<0.05). Compared the incidence of complication of two groups,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=3.17,P<0.05).Conclusion:Mini titanium plate firm fixation has the aesthetic effect on patients ,whose recovering function of oral cavity and biocompatibility are better than small steel plate fixation . Therefore,it is suitable for application of mandibular fractures fixed and worthy of clinical use.关键词
