Abstract
Objective:To investigate the head and face complications after general anesthesia intubation in patients with head and face were taken general U shaped head display method and the head face three point placement method,and the protection effect of patient on general anesthesia in prone position were compared between the two groups. Method:Fifty-six cases of patients in the hospital with general anesthesia in prone position of lumbar operation were selected as research objects.On the basis of the head and face different display method,they were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,28 cases in each group.The control group was given the head and face of ordinary U shaped head display method while the experimental group was used the head face three point placement method of operation. The indicators between the two groups were compared after operation,such as appear red or damaged skin pressure,sore eyes photophobia and vision loss prone position the head and face complications and so on.Result:The experimental group had 1 case of red,with no eye discomfort,the complication rate of head and face was 3.6%;The control group had 8 cases of red or damaged skin pressure,including one case with ocular redness photophobia phenomenon,the occurrence rate of complications of head and face was 28.6%.Conclusion:Compared to the head and face of general U shaped head display method,head and face three point placement method can effectively reduce the incidence of complications in patients with general anesthesia in prone position,worthy of further promotion.关键词
