复方谷氨酰胺预防和治疗小儿肺炎继发腹泻的临床疗效

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of pediatric pneumonia with secondary diarrhea’s prevention and treatment used of compound glutamine. Method:120 cases of pediatric pneumonia with secondary diarrhea were randomly divided into the experimental group of 60 patients and the control group of 60 patients according to random number table method. At the same time they were given antibiotics and other symptomatic treatment,the experimental group additionally were treated with compound glutamine.Compared diarrhea occurrence,treatment effect and adverse reactions of two groups. Result:The experimental group’s incidence of secondary diarrhea was lower than the control group significantly,the results were statistically significant(P<0.05).The experimental group’s total effective rate after secondary diarrhea was 88.3%,which was obviously higher than the control group’s 75.0%,the result was statistically significant(P<0.05). Two groups of children had no obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion:Compound glutamine can reduce the incidence of secondary diarrhea. It is orally quick and easy,it is also safe and reliable,and it has a factual significance.关键词
