摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical application and curative effection of injured vertebra transpedicular thoracic lumbar spine fracture patients treated by GSS systems.Method:50 patients with thoracic lumbar spine fractures were chosen from our hospital from January 2010 to June 2011, all patients were accompanied with different degree of spinal nerve injury,all patients were treated by GSS systems with injured vertebra transpedicular method,and observed the curative effect.Result:50 cases were performed successfully,the 18 months follow-up all fracture patients recovered well,no incision infection and complications such as spinal cord injury;fanterior trailing edge height of the all patients were improved obviously compared with the preoperative(P<0.05);Cobb angle had narrowed considerably compared with preoperative(P<0.05);the rest of the patients with spinal cord injury had recovery of 1-3 except 2 cases of patients with spinal cord injury for class A.Conclusion:Application of GSS system with vertebral pedicle screw method in the treatment of thoracolumbar spinal fracture patients curative effect,the clinical symptom sand can significantly improve patients,increase the stability after operation,is worth the clinical promotion.关键词
