摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of combined application of Naoxintong capsule and atorvastatin in the treatment of cerebral infarction with carotid artery atherosclerosis.Method:One hundred and fifty patients with cerebral infarction and carotid artery atherosclerosis were divided into the objective group and the control group,each group of 75 cases. The aspirin and atorvastatin were used in the control group and the Naoxintong capsule was added in the objective group. The lipid metabolism and the level of atherosclerosis and Hcy were compared between the two groups.Result:TC,TG,LDL-C,IMT,plaque area and the level of Hcy after the treatment of the objective group were lower than those of the control group,and HDL-C of the objective group was higher than the ones of the control group,and the difference between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:It can get a satisfaction effect for combined application of Naoxintong capsule and atorvastatin in the treatment of cerebral infarction with carotid artery atherosclerosis.关键词
