摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical efficacy and safety of minimally invasive intracranial evacuation of hematomas in treating hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Method:Patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were collected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,the observation group were treated with minimally invasive intracranial evacuation of hematomas,and the control group were treated with puncture dissection. Then treatment effect and safety index were observed. Result:The remittent cases of severe headache,frequent vomiting,conscious disturbance,seizures,violent fluctuation of vital signs,positive pathologic reflex in the observation group were significantly more than those in the control group.Bleeding,intracranial infection cases and NIHSS score,CSS score of the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group. Conclusion:Minimally invasive surgery of intracranial hematoma has the clinical value of positive,it can improve the therapeutic effect and reduce the neurological impairment and complications.关键词
