Abstract
Objective:To further study and discuss the comparative advantage of Trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease(CHD) heart failure,so as to provide reference for related research. Method:124 patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)heart failure in our hospital from December 2010 to December 2012 were chosen as the research object,and they were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, and 62 patients in each group. The clinical treatment effect after treatment and left ventricular ejection fraction for the two groups before and after treatment were taken for observation and comparison.Result:(1)After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)After treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction in the two groups were with different degrees of improvement,the score level score in the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:In clinical treatment for coronary heart disease(CHD)heart failure patients,the treatment effect of trimetazidine is significant,and clinical treatment of heart failure in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)is a reliable choice.关键词
