摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effects of Adodarone combined with Metoprolol in treatment of ventricular arrhythmias.Method:84 cases of ventricular arrhythmias in our hospital from March 2010 to March 2013 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into the experimental group and control group.The control group were added Metoprolol only on the basis of conventional treatment,and the experimental group were added Amiodarone combined with Metoprolol on the basis of conventional treatment.The course was 6 months.The curative effects of these two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of experimental group after the treatment was higher than that of the control group,the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion:The curative effect of Adodarone combined with Metoprolol in treatment of ventricular arrhythmias was significantly better than that of Metoprolol only,and there were no severe adverse reactions,which was safety and effective.关键词
