褥疮膏治疗褥疮的临床效果研究

Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical effect of bedsore ointment in the treatment of decubital ulcer. Method:68 patients with decubital ulcer were randomly divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method in our hospital From June 2009 to June 2011,the control group was treated by the conventional method of treatment of decubital ulcer,the treatment group was treated by bedsore ointment. The recent clinical efficacy and decubitus ulcer healing time were observed in the two groups of patients. Result:The treatment efficiency in the control group was 76.5%,and the treatment efficiency in the treatment group was 91.2%,the treatment efficacy in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05). The decubital ulcer healing time in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The bedsore ointment has better clinical curative effect in the treatment of decubital ulcer,and shorten the healing time,it is worth in clinical promotion.关键词
