护理干预预防骨科卧床患者便秘的效果研究
Study on the Effects of Nursing Intervention on Constipation of Bedridden Patients in Orthopedic Department

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of nursing intervention on constipation of Bedridden patients in orthopedic.Method:One hundred and fifty bedridden patients in orthopedic in our hospital from August 2011 to May 2013 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,75 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the experimental group was treated with psychological nursing,bowel movement exercise,diet nursing,massage care,nursing care and drugs care,the nursing effect of two groups was observed.Result:The experiment group had only 8 cases with constipation,the incidence of constipation in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,the effective rate of constipation patients in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group,the experiment group had 1 case of adverse reactions,and the incidence of adverse reactions in experimental group was lower than that in control group,there were significant differences between the two group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effects of nursing intervention on constipation of bedridden patients in orthopedic is remarkable,and it can improve the therapeutic effect of constipation and reducing the incidence of adverse reactions,worthy of clinical application.关键词
