摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore nursing strategies in the interventional treatment of congenital heart disease,and to accumulate experience for clinical nursing. Method:Seventy-nine cases with congenital heart disease were selected from January 2010 to December 2011 in the hospital and treated with the interventional therapy. According to the operation characteristics of interventional therapy,nursing cooperation during the operation was provided. Result:Seventy-nine patients successfully completed operation,the successful rate was 100%,without serious complications. The position of occluder was accurate and stable,the surrounding structure function was not affected,the murmur was disappeared,no chest tightness,chest pain. After 3 days of the operation,no residual shunt with TTE during reviewing,and lateral chest radiographs were visible occluder shadow. Conclusion:The implementation of scientific nursing in operation,is reasonable,effective. It not only can improve the success rate of congenital disease interventional operation,but also can reduce the incidence of complications. It is worth popularizing in clinic.关键词
