Abstract
Objective:To predict the risk of thrombosis in patients with surgery under general anesthesia by monitoring the platelet-monocyte aggregates(PMA)level before the general anesthesia,immediately after the surgery and 3 days after the surgery. Method:Blood samples were collected from 112 cases of patients with surgery under the general anesthesia before the general anesthesia,immediately after the surgery and 3 days after the surgery. The presentation of CD62p,CD63 and PMA were measured and compared. Result:The presentation of CD62p before the general anesthesia,immediately after the surgery and 3 days after the surgery were(16.74±9.67)%,(22.76±13.89)%,(20.12±9.83)%. The presentation of CD63 were(1.35±0.94)%,(2.26±1.75)%,(1.54±0.81)%,and the presentation of PMA were(26.86±5.05)%,(31.86±5.31)%、(77.69±5.72)%;The presentation of CD62p,CD63 and PMA immediately after surgery and the presentation of CD62p,and PMA 3 days after the surgery compared with before the general anesthesia,the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:PMA is a sensitive biomarker to evaluate the degree of platelet activation and to predict the possible postoperative thrombosis.关键词
