摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of aged osteoporotic spinal compressive fractures with percutaneous vertebroplasty. Method:Twenty-six cases of aged compressive fractures(range 66 to 87 years old),under the guidance of C-armed imaging. Bone marrow biopsy needle was inserted percutaneusly viatrnspediculal way into the fractured vertebrae,polymethylmethacycrylate(PMMA)was then injected into the fractured vertebrae.Vasual analogue scale(VAS)were elaluated before and after PVP and in the follow-up poriod. Follow-up of 8.2 months. Result:The back pain disappeared immddiately after PVP in 15 cases(57.7%),the back pain disappeared 24 hours after PVP in 2 cases(34.6%),the back pain disappeared a week after PVP in 2 cases(7.7%). Conclusion:PVP is an effective mini-invasive technique for osteoporoticspinal compression fractures and it is safety and valid.关键词
