喷昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹疗效观察

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of penciclovir in treatment of patients with herpes zoster. Method:Eighty-two cases with herpes zoster from August 2010 to August 2012 in the hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,each group of 41 cases. The control group was treated by acyclovir and the treatment group was treated by penciclovir. The indicators between the two groups were compared after treatment,such as the effective rate,the symptoms disappear time,total time for clinical treatment,adverse drug reactions and so on. Result:The effective rate of the control group was 70.7%while the treatment group was 90.2%after treatment,and the difference between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). The symptoms disappear time and total time for clinical treatment of the treatment group were significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of penciclovir in treatment of herpes zoster disease is excellent. It is worth popularization and application.关键词
