Abstract
Objective:To explore the complexity of kidney stone treated by percutaneous nephroscope lithotripsy clinical effect.Method:Eighty patients with complex renal calculi in our hospital from February 2010 to February 2013 were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with open operation treatment,the observation group was treated with percutaneous nephrolithotomy treatment,clinical data of two groups were reviewed.Result:Postoperative pain medication utilization rate of the observation group was 30.0%,it was significantly lower than the control group(100%);Postoperative fever rate of the observation group was 27.5%, it was significantly lower than the control group(82.5%);Stone clearance rate of the observation group was 92.5%,it was significantly higher than the control group(60.0%);The average operation time,intraoperative blood loss,hospital stay of the observation group were less than the control group obviously,from the bed activity time was earlier than the control group obviously,the above index differences had statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion:Complex kidney stone treated by percutaneous nephroscope lithotripsy,with high safety and effectiveness,can accelerate the process of recovering,improve stone clearance rate,relieve patients’ pain,it has a very positive clinical significance,is worth in clinical extensive application.关键词
