摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the effect for ultrasound guided methotrexate local injection in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Method:46 patients were randomly divided into two groups,namely the experimental group(n=23)and the control group(n=23)according to the randomized controlled method,the control group was taken with methotrexate infusion,and the experimental group was taken with ultrasound guided methotrexate local injection,and the two groups all took oral mifepristone at the same time. The clinical effects between the two groups after treatment,the bloodβ-hCG decline rate and bad reaction were compared. Result:The cure rate of patients in the experimental group was better than the control group,mass narrowing>30%more than the control group,the average hospitalization time and incidence rate of adverse reaction was less than in the control group, these indicators between the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05);the bloodβ-hCG was decreased compared with before treatment in the two groups of patients after treatment,the experimental group decreased more obviously(P<0.05). Conclusion:The ultrasound guided methotrexate local injection in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy has achieved good effect,and can reduce adverse reaction for patients.关键词
