经螺旋型鼻肠管行肠内营养治疗重症急性胰腺炎的临床观察
Clinical Study of Nasojejunal Enteral Nutrition Support by Spiral Nasointestinal Tube in the Treatment of Severe Acute Pancreatitis

Abstract
Objective:To comparing nasojejunal enteral nutrition(NJEN)by spiral nasointestinal tube and conventional parenteral nutrition(PN) in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis(SAP),in order to evaluate the excellence and efficacy of NJEN by spiral nasointestinal tube in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis(SAP). Method:Thirty-three cases of SAP patient information were collected in our department nearly four years. The EN group(16 cases)were treated with NJEN,and other 17 patients in the conventional group without NJEN treatment. The clinical biochemical examination indicators of outcomes and complications of the situation were compared after giving the nutrition support. Result:White blood cells count and the levels of C-reactive protein were lowered significantly and the serum albumin were increased obviously in EN group after giving the nutrition support for 10 days, had significant difference compared with the conventional group(P<0.05). Conclusion:In nutrition support of SAP,NJEN by spiral nasointestinal tube is better than conventional treatment in the past in alleviate inflammation、improve nutritional status、reduce morbidity and mortality and avoid referral to bring more cost and risk. It is worth promoting in the grass-roots units.关键词
