摘要
Abstract
Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of tripterygium wilfordii polyglucoside(TWP)and mifepristone on myoma of uterus(MU) and its influence on serum sex hormone(SSH). Method:Eighty-four cases of MU patients who were admitted into the hospital were randomly divided into TWP group and mifepristone group,each group of 42 cases. The volume of uterus and myoma changes,adverse reaction occurrence rate and SSH level difference were observed after 3 months of treatment. Result:The volume of uterus and myoma of two groups significantly decreased after treatment, meanwhile,the serum progesterone and estradiol also significantly decreased,while the follicle-stimulating hormone and luteinizine hormone significantly increased(P<0.05). However,the clinical effect,SSH level and adverse reaction occurrence rate did not have significant different(P>0.05). Conclusion:The TWP and mifepristone are effective and safe for treating MU,and they can obviously improve the SSH level,which are worthy of promotion.关键词
