消化酶制剂治疗消化不良的疗效观察

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of digestive enzyme for dyspepsia. Method:Selected 64 patients from December 2011 to November 2012 who were diagnosed with dyspepsia,randomly divide them into treatment group(32 patients)and control group(32 patients)according to random number table method. The treatment group were treated by digestive enzyme preparation,the control group were treated by Ding Lin,compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Result:The effective rate of treatment groups was 90.63%,while the control groups was 90.63%. It had significant difference between two groups(P<0.05);the incidence adverse reactions of two groups had no significant differences(P>0.05). Conclusion:Digestive enzyme preparations on the treatment of digestive disease curative effect is distinct,and less adverse reactions,worthy of clinical popularization.关键词
