Abstract
Objective:To analysze the clinical effect of limited fluids resuscitation in treatment of hemorrhagic shock. Method:One hundred and forty patients with hemorrhagic shock were divided into objective group(from January 2012 to January 2013,58 cases)and control group(from January 2010 to December 2011,82 cases). The objective group was used limited fluids resuscitation plan and the control group was used conventional fluids resuscitation. The difference of the routine blood,laboratory indicators and rescue success rate were compared. Result:There were more positive result in the comparison of routine blood and laboratory indicators. The rescue success rate of the objective group was higher than the ones of control group. Coclusion:It would get a satisfactory effect to use limited fluids resuscitation in the treatment of hemorrhagic shock,with the higher level of bleeding capacity and rescue success rate.关键词
