粘贴电级片在中频电治疗中的应用研究
The Research for Paste Electrode Applied in Mediium Frequency Electrottherapy

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of the clinical application and the physical performance of paste electrode used in medium frequency electrottherapy(MFE),as well as to compare with the traditional conductive rubber electrode plate,so as to fully evaluate of the clinical application of paste electrode,and to get clinical research support for the spread of the paste electrode on MFE. Method:Respectively tested the resistance and maximum output current at the MFE of the paste electrodes and the conductive rubber electrodes. Selected 300 cases on MFE patients:60 cases on face, 60 cases on neck,60 cases on shoulder,60 cases on waist,60 cases on ankle. Three hundred cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,each group of 150 cases. The treatment group used the paste electrode sheet for MFE. The control group used conductive rubber electrode plate for MFE. The two groups were respectively recorded with MFE required operating time. Result:Paste electrode and the conductive rubber electrode plate of traditional physical performance test had no statistical significance(P>0.05). The treatment group was better than the control in operating time of the face,neck,shoulder,waist and back,ankle,there was statistical significance in operation time(P<0.05). The statistics of adverse events showed that 1 case of skin hypersensitivity in the treatment group,the incidence percent was 0.6%,and no electric shock,skin burns and other adverse events. Conclusion:Using the paste electrode sheet for MFE is more convenient,operation is simpler with good conductivity,as well as the advantages of health and safety.关键词
