Abstract
Objective:To study the application of comfortable nursing in the maternal nursing after cesarean section,and summarize the relevant experiences and understandings of nursing,provide reference for the clinic. Method:200 puerperae underwent cesarean section were selected,and puerperae were randomly divided into control group and observation group,and each group contained 100 women underwent cesarean delivery. The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received comfortable nursing on the basis of routine nursing. The effects of nursing intervention in two groups were tested after a period time. Satisfaction degrees of maternal nursing were understood,and the test results were recorded and retrospectively analyzed at the same time,and the effects of the clinical nursing were compared. Result:12 cases in the control group had no pain after cesarean section, 10 cases had maternal postpartum severe pain,42 cases had maternal moderate pain,and 36 cases had maternal mild pain. 20 patients in the observation group had no postpartum maternal pain,4 cases had maternal severe pain,26 cases had moderate pain,and 50 cases had maternal mild pain. The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion:Comfortable nursing in the maternal nursing after cesarean section has a good effect,can reduce the uncomfortable degree,and has the high value of clinical application and popularization.关键词
