术前胃癌MSCT检查对临床手术的指导作用
The Guidance for the Clinical Operation of Gastric Cancer of Preoperative MSCT Examination

Abstract
Objective:To discuss the directive function of the MSCT examination of gastric cancer before the clinical operation. Method:The clinical and MSCT imaging data of 200 patients which were proved to be gastric cancer after operation. The result between the pre-operation MSCT diagnosis and postoperative pathology were compared. Result:The sensitivity and specificity of MSCT in gastric cancer serosal surface invasion was 95.6%(172/180),71.4%(20/28);there were no statistically significant difference between MSCT preoperative staging and pathological staging(P>0.05). Conclusions:The coincidence of preoperative staging and pathological TNM of gastric malignant tumor by MSCT is high. It has high diagnostic rate which can provide the basis for effective treatment.关键词
