摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of combined application endoscopic and laparoscopic in the treatment of gallstone with choledocholithiasis. Method:100 patients with gallstone and choledocholithiasis were randomly divided into objective group and control group. The objective group was used endoscopic and laparoscopic in the operation and the control group was used traditional laparotomy. The difference of clinical curative effect and the related indics were compared. Result:The observation group operation time was longer than the contrast group,but there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),blood loss,hospitalization days and the surgical treatment effect were better than that in control group, complications was less than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Endoscopic and laparoscopic combined treatment in accordance with minimally invasive,less bleeding,less surgical stress,restore fast characteristic,fewer complications,and can shorten the length of hospital stay,has significant advantages compare with traditional laparotomy,had a higher clinical value,should be widely popularized in clinical.关键词
