Abstract
Objective:To investigate the cause of bleeding caesarean section,and in accordance with these reasons to develop targeted prevention measures in order to reduce maternal bleeding incidence production profile.Method:A retrospective analysis of 50 patients with clinical data caesarean section from January 2012 to April 2013 in our hospital,all patients bleeding occurred during caesarean section,according to the specific circumstances of the patient,all patients were taken drug treatment,hemostasis,hysterectomy,ascending uterine artery ligation treatment measures of hemostasis in operation,the cause of hemorrhage occurred in patients were analyzed,and according to these reasons of targeted preventive measures.Result:In 50 cases of cesarean bleeding,11 patients due to placental factors occur in patients with bleeding,accounting for 22.0%;9 patients with coagulation disorders occur due to blood loss,accounting for 18.0%;17 cases of patients with uterine inertia occurred intraoperative bleeding,accounting for 34.0%;six cases occurred in patients with bleeding due to uterine fibroids,accounting for 12.0%,seven patients because of bleeding laceration occurred,accounting for 14.0%.Caesarean section for all patients bleeding after giving symptomatic treatment of patients with stable vital signs,no deaths.Conclusion:Placental factors,coagulation disorders,uterine inertia,uterine fibroids,bleeding laceration caesarean section is the main reason,in the clinical treatment should be based on the patient's condition,analyze the causes of bleeding,combined with medical conditions,formulate caesarean bleeding hemostasis scientific programs to ensure the safety of mother and child.关键词
