摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy on directly undergoing PCI under the support of aortic balloon pump in patients with high-risk acute myocardial infarction accompanied with cardiogenic shock. Method:Selected 53 patients in our hospital with high-risk acute myocardial infarction from December 2009 to December 2012,accepted intra-aortic balloon pump adjuvant therapy directly undergoing PCI .Compared the hemodynamic index changes before and after used IABP. Result:After the use of IABP the mean arterial pressure of high-risk patients with acute myocardial infarction elevated,dopamine dosage reduced,ecg ischemia performance improved,the average heart rate declined,the plasma brain natriuretic(BNP)levels dropped in 7 days. Compared with before use of IABP,those indexs changes had significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:High-risk patients with acute myocardial infarction associated with cardiac shock,within the aortic balloon pump support directly undergoing PCI can significantly improve the function of heart,reduce mortality,has a broad application prospect,is worthy of further promotion.关键词
