功能性消化不良伴焦虑Hp感染者根除Hp治疗疗效观察
The Curative Effect Observation of Hp Eradication Therapy for the Anxiety FD Patients with HP Infection

Abstract
Objective:To study the necessities of Hp eradicate therapy in anxiety FD patients with Hp infection.Method:85 FD with anxiety Hp infected patients were divided into 2 groups:the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group with 42 cases were accept the Hp eradicate therapy on the basis of conventional treatment,while the control group with 43 cases were just accept the conventional treatment. The indicators between the two groups were compared after treatment 6 months and 12 months,such as the effective rate,the self-rating anxiety scale of ZUNG point.Result:The total effective rate of the treatment group for 6 months was 64%,for 12 months was 69%,while the total effective rate of the control group for 6 months was 37%,for 12 months was 43%,and the difference between the two groups were all statistically significant(P<0.05).The ZUNG self rating anxiety scale score of the treatment group for 6 months and 12 months were significant lower than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:FD with anxiety patients who accept the Hp eradicated therapy on the basis of conventional treatment have a better curative effect than only accept conventional treatment. The infection of the Hp may induce or exacerbate the anxiety tendency of the FD patients. Patients infected with FD and anxiety Hp should accept the Hp eradication therapy.关键词
