小剂量舒芬太尼联合丙泊酚用于无痛人工流产术的效果观察

Abstract
Objective:To research propofol combined fentanyl or small doses sufentanil in clinical effect and safety of painless induced abortion operation.Method:Sixty patients with painless induced abortion operation were selected in our hospital from May 2012 to May 2013,they were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,30 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with sufentanil and propofol anesthesia and the control group was treated with fentanyl and propofol anesthesia.Patient vital signs,anesthesia time,recovery time and dosage of propofol between two groups were recorded and its nausea,vomiting,postoperative uterine pain and other adverse reactions were observed.Result:Two groups of patients in 5 min of MAP,HR,SpO2 and other indicators were significantly decreased compared with preoperative,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);but there was no statistical significance between the vital signs of two groups of patients(P>0.05).Anesthesia time and recovery time of the experimental group were shorter than the control group,and propofol of the experimental group was significantly reduced compared with the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Two groups of patients in the incidence of nausea and vomiting were no significant differences,but the number of cases of uterine pain of the experimental group was significantly less than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Small doses of sufentanil and propofol for painless surgery increases the safety and efficacy of surgery.It is more worthy in clinical application.关键词
