针刺治疗偏头痛临床疗效观察

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture for migraine.Method:76 patients with migraine hospitalized in our hospital from June 2010 to September 2012 were selected and divided into the observation group and control group by voluntary principles,each group had 38 cases,the observation group was treated with acupuncture,and the control group was treated with conventional pain medication. The therapeutic effect of two groups were compared.Result:34 cases were markedly effective and 2 cases were effective in the treatment group,the total effective rate was 94.73%. In the control group,26 cases were markedly effective and 3 cases were effective,the total effective rate was 76.31%. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture for migraine has a significant therapeutic effect,worthy to use in clinical practice.关键词
