摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of artificial joint replacement and internal fixation in the treatment of osteoporotic unstable intertrochanteric fractures. Method:60 patients with intertrochanteric fracture in our hospital from January 2012 to May 2013 were treated and selected, and divided into treatment group and control group according to the random numbers,each group had 30 cases,the treatment group were treated with arthroplasty,the control group used fixation. Result:Excellent rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,significantly better than 70.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the differences of operative time,blood loss of the two groups had no statistically significant (P>0.05);postoperative bed time and complications treatment group was significantly less than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Artificial joint replacement in the treatment of osteoporotic unstable intertrochanteric fracture has a exact clinical curative effect,is worthy of popularization and application.关键词
