Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of phloroglucinol in labor. Method:Ninety-eight cases of delivery of normal full-term primipara without complications in the hospital from February 2011 to February 2013,they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method,49 cases in each group. The observation group was given phloroglucinol promoting childbirth,the control group did not give to any drug. Then the pain score,palace mouth expansion speed,first the average labor time,vaginal births,2 h postpartum blood loss, amniotic fluid and neonatal apgar score and the incidence of fetal distress and neonatal weight were compared between the two groups of patients. Result:The maternal pain score,palace mouth expansion speed,first the average labor time,vaginal births in observation group were superior than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);2 h postpartum haemorrhage amount similar between the two groups had no statistical significance(P>0.05). The amniotic fluid and neonatal apgar score and neonatal weight in the observation group compared with the control group,there were no statistically significant difference(P>0.05);the incidence of fetal distress in observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Phloroglucinol can speed up the expansion of the cervix,shorten labor,and effectively increase the success rate of vaginal delivery.关键词
