肾上腺节细胞神经瘤的多层螺旋CT诊断价值

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore multislice CT(MSCT)findings of adrenal ganglioneuromas,to evaluate its clinical value. Method:The CT precontrast and contrast scanning findings of 6 cases of adrenal ganglioneuromas were analyzed retrospectively. Result:In 6 cases,all lesions were solitary and well defined,5 lesions were located in the right and 1 in the left. 5 cases were homogeneous low density,1 had little cystic place;1 cases accompanied with calcification;6 cases slightly enhanced and 3 cases delayed enhanced. Around the tumor along the clearance was embedded into the sexual organs grow,nearby large blood vessels around wrapped up through the mass or compression displacement,had a characteristic appearance. Conclusion:Adrenal ganglioneuroma show some characteristic CT appearance and CT scanning plays an important role in diagnosis of adrenal ganglioneuroma.关键词
