摘要
Abstract
Objective:To compared the results of two methods of urine dry chemistry methods and microscopic examination,to contact the clinical rational analytical results. Method:Used dry chemistry methods and sediment mirror detected urine white blood cell(leucocyte),urine hemoglobin(Hb), red blood cell(RBC)in patients,the detection results of the two methods were compared and analyzed. Result:The experimental data showed that the results of chemistry methods and microscopic examination results were not consistent with the situation,both negative,positive results had the phenomenon of cross. Conclusion:Combined use of urine dry chemical method to check with the sediment microscopy can increase the value of clinical application.关键词
