Abstract
Objective:To observe the application effect of holistic nursing care in the laparoscopic colorectal cancer radical operation.Method:100 cases of patients who received laparoscopic colorectal cancer radical operation in our hospital from May 2012 to May 2013 were selected,they were divided into two groups,50 cases in each group,the control group were given routine care,the observation group was given the holistic nursing care. Then the satisfaction of patients in the two groups was investigated and analyzed.Result:The operation time of all patients was(125.4±11.6)min,the bleeding volume was(116.7±12.6)mL,and hospitalization time was(14.5±10.8)d.The satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 96.0%, and that of patients in the control group was 64.0%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The holistic nursing care in the laparoscopic colorectal cancer radical operation can improved the satisfaction to nursing of patients and their families effectively,so as to improve the patient’s fit certain to operation,and ensure operation smoothly,it deserves to be promoted in the clinical.关键词
