Abstract
Objective:To explore the efficacy of the traditional Chinese and western medicine in treatment of alzheimer’s disease. Method:106 cases of alzheimer’s patients were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group in the hospital. The alzheimer’s patients in the control group were treated by donepezil and memantine.According to the patient’s own condition in experimental group,the alzheimer’s patients were also treated by donepezil and memantine,applying traditional Chinese medicine. Then the total effects between the two groups were compared after treatment. Result:The total effective rate of the control group was 75.47%while the treatment group was 90.57%after treatment,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(X2=4.283,P=0.038). Conclusion:The clinical effect of traditional Chinese combined with western medicine in treatment of alzheimer’s disease is excellent. It is worth popularization and application.关键词
