益气化瘀法配合化疗治疗晚期肺癌的临床研究

Abstract
Objective:To compare the effects of combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine with chemotherapy only on treating advanced lung cancer. Method:Eighty-five cases of patients with advanced lung cancer were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated by only chemotherapy,and the treatment group was combinated of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine. The indicators between the two groups were compared after treatment,such as the effective rate,the life time and adverse drug reactions. Result:Qi-supplementing and stasis-removing herbal medicines combined with chemotherapy were better than chemotherapy only in the effective rate,the life time and adverse drug reactions, and the difference between the two groups were all statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine is better than chemotherapy only on the treatment of advanced lung cancer. Treating advanced lung cancer according to syndrome differentiation can take the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine fully.关键词
