捏脊法辅助治疗49例小儿积食临床观察

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of chiropractic in adjuvant therapy of retention of food in children,and to provide basis for its further clinical application. Method:Ninety-eight cases of children with food retention treated by the hospital from March in 2012 to May in 2013 were selected as research objects,and were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,each group of 49 cases. The patients in control group only administered Jianweixiaoshi tablets. Based on the control group,the patients in the observation group also take chiropratic as adjuvant therapy. Result:The marked effect rate and effective rate of the control group were 42.86%,83.67%,while the observation group were 65.31%,97.96%after treatment,and the difference between the two groups were all statistically significant(P<0.05). The curative effect of the observation group was significantly better than the control group. Conclusion:Chiropractic in adjuvant therapy of retention of food in children has significant curative effect,and the method is simple and practicable,and deserves further clinical applications.关键词
