手术治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折30例临床体会

Abstract
Objective:To summarize the experience and understanding of children supracondylar fracture surgery. Method:30 cases of children supracondylar fracture in our hospital from June 2009-2012 December were admitted and selected for the study,given surgical treatment. Result:After surgery and targeted therapy,the efficacy was excellent in 19 patients,good in 8 cases,3 cases,the excellent rate was 90%. None of the patients with joint stiffness,cubitus varus and so on. Nerve injury patients after 3 months or less fully recovered. Conclusion:Surgical treatment of supracondylar fractures in pediatric patients,need to select the appropriate surgical approach,and according to the treatment of children with physical and mental characteristics,in order to obtain satisfactory results.关键词
