摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze 5 kinds of serum tumor markers for clinical effect of combined detection for the diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer.Method:By enzyme-linked immunoassay for 50 patients with lung cancer and 50 patients with lung benign disease serum tumor markers were detected, the main test items of serum neuron specific enolization enzyme(NSE)and cytokeratin 19 fragment(Cy-fra21-1),carbohydrate antigen 199 (CA199),carbohydrate antigen 125(CAl25)and carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),and 5 kinds of serum tumor markers for clinical effect of combined detection for the diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer were investigated and analyzed.Result:The levels of five kinds of serum tumor markers in patients with lung cancer were higher than the detection level of patients with lung benign disease, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The NSE in small cell lung cancer with high expression and CAl25 in adenocarcinoma with high expression.Different types of lung cancer in patients with CA199,CAl25,NSE three positive rate of serum tumor markers, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),but no statistical significance between CEA and Cy-fra21-1 two positive rate of serum tumor markers(P>0.05),two level detection of CA123 and Cy-fra21-1 in patients with lung cancer of different pathological type, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),while the remaining three tumor markers detection levels compare differences had no statistical significance(P>0.05).The five kinds of tumor markers combined detection sensitivity, accuracy and specific degree 92.0%,89.0%and 88.0%respectively,were superior to single detection of tumor markers, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The serum tumor markers combined detection can significantly improve the sensitivity and accuracy of the patients with lung cancer, the diagnosis and treatment of patients with lung cancer have significant clinical significance.关键词
