Abstract
Objective:To study the effects of the platelet changes to evaluate prognosis in acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning(AOPP). Method:167 AOPP patients who were divided into thrombocytopenic group and non-thrombocytopenic group according to the number of the platelet, and into survivor group and non- survivor group according to the results of following up,then,recorded the incidence rate of MODS,the hospital mortality,platelet counts after entering intensive care unit 1,3,5,7,10 days,and assessed the severity of classification of organic phosphorus poisoning. Result:The incidence rate of MODS and the hospital mortality of thrombocytopenic patients were higher than those in non thrombocytopenic patients(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the severity of disease classification between thrombocytopenic group and non-thrombocytopenic group(P>0.05). The platelet count of non-surviors group on the 5 days after entered ICU began to decline than in survivors(P<0.05). Conclusion The changes of refractory thrombocytopenia are sensitive of the state of patient and prognosis of patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.关键词
