Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of huangqi injection combined with phosphate sodium on viral myocarditis. Method:92 patients with viral myocarditis were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to random number table method,the control group received conventional basic therapy,while the treatment group were given huangqi injection and phosphate sodium based on conventional basic therapy, after 2 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two group were observed and compared. Result:The efficiency of the observation group and the control group were 67.4%and 43.5%respectively,and the total effective rate were 95.7%and 76.1%respectively,there were statistically significant between the two group on efficiency and total efficiency(P<0.05). After treatment,myocardial enzymes CK,CK-MB,LDH were decreased significantly than that of pre-treatment(P<0.05),and the myocardial enzymes CK,CK-MB,LDH of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Huangqi injection combined phosphate sodium is effective in treatment of viral myocarditis,and the myocardial enzymes such as CK,CK-MB and LDH can be significantly improved,which should be widely applied in clinic.关键词
