特利加压素治疗肝肾综合征的临床疗效分析

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical manifestations and treatment of patients with hepatorenal syndrome. Method:Thirty-eight patients with the hepatorenal syndrome in the hospital from January 2010 to June 2012 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, each group contained 19 cases. In addition to conventional therapy,the treatment group with terlipressin treatment,the control group received dopamine in accordance with the 3~5μg/(kg·h)continuous intravenous infusion therapy. By 1 week of treatment,to compare the urine,blood urea nitrogen, serum creatinine changes between the two groups before and after treatment. Result:The urine output,blood urea nitrogen,serum creatinine levels were significantly improved in both of the groups,but the treatment group was more significant in efficacy,and the difference between the two groups were statistically significant after treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion:Terlipressin with significant results in clinical hepatorenal syndrome patients,it is worth vigorously promotion and application in clinical practice.关键词
