不同过敏原检测方法对过敏性疾病的检测结果对比与分析
Comparison and Analysis on Test Results of Allergic Diseases of Different Allergens Detection Method

Abstract
Objective:To explore the positive detection rate of different allergens detection method,provide a scientific basis for prevention and treatment of allergic disease patients. Method:80 patients with allergic diseases were randomly divided into 2 groups. Group 1 received detection of serum allergen,biological resonance detection system for detection of allergen,Group 2 used the detection of allergen skin prick test,biological resonance detection system. Result:Skin prick test and biological resonance detection system positive detection rate were closed,and there was no significant difference(P>0.05). Serum allergen positive detection rate and other two kinds of test results had significant difference(P<0.01). Conclusion:3 kinds of detection methods have advantages and disadvantages. But biological resonance detection system for anaphylactogen reagent containing many kinds of comprehensive,easy screening allergens,and patient compliance is good,which is a suitable,simple screening method.关键词
