Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of the integrative medicine on treating senile osteoporosis.Method:120 patients with senile osteoporosis were selected in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2013 as research objects,they were randomly divided into the TCM group, the western medicine group and the integrative medicine group,40 cases in each group.The integrative medicine group was treated with Bushen Huoxue recipe with Caltrate with Vitamin D tablets and Alfacalcidol tablets,the TCM group was treated with Bushen Huoxue recipe,the western medicine group was treated with Vitamin D tablets and Alfacalcidol tablets.Changes of lumbar and femoral neck BMD values in the three groups before and after treatment and the clinical therapeutic effect of the three groups were observed and compared.Result:The lumbar 2,3,4 and the values of femoral neck in integrative medicine were significant higher than in TCM and western medicine group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the efficiency and total effective rate in integrative medicine were significant higher than in TCM and western medicine,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The integrative medicine treatment of senile osteoporosis has significant effect.It is recovering well for BMD,and no adverse reactions.It is valuable in clinical application.关键词
