摘要

Abstract

Human resource management is an important part of the modern hospital management,in the first place to realize scientific development of hospital because the hospital is a highly professional organization,human resources management has become a very important issue in order to improve the utilization of human resources and maintain the sustainable development of the hospital,the problems of human resource management are analyzed in order to explore the countermeasure under the new situation,it can effectively prevent the brain drain and arouse the enthusiasm and creation of the employees.
