Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of omeprazole in treating reflux esophagitis.Method:80 patients with reflux esophagitis were selected in our hospital from April 2011 to November 2011,they were randomly divided into the single group and the combination group,40 cases in each group.The single group was given conventional drug treatment,the combination group was combined with omeprazole on the basis of the routine drug.The duration of remission after treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions and the total efficiency of the two groups were compared.Result:The duration of remission after treatment in the combination group was(15.13±4.2)d,it was significantly less than(21.33±3.6)d of the single group;the incidence of adverse reaction in the combination group was 12.5%,it was significantly lower than the single group(35.0%),and the total efficiency of the combination group was 80%,it was higher than that the single group(62.5%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Omeprazole in treating reflux esophagitis curative effect,faster recovery,less adverse reaction,is worth the clinical promotion.关键词
