辐照猪皮在儿童深Ⅱ度烧伤治疗中的应用研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate clinical application of irradiated pigskin in treatment of children deepⅡdegree burns. Method:60 cases of children with deepⅡdegree burn in our hospital from January 2009 to January 2012 were divided into two groups according to random number table method the observation group(n=30),treated by irradiated pigskin cover dressing after wound debridement and the control group(n=30),treated by povidone-iodine gauze bandage after wound debridement. The wound healing time and pain conditions of two groups were analyzed. Result:Number of dressing of the observation group(1.1±0.1)times,healing time(14.2±2.1)d was significantly less than that of the control group(P<0.05);Termination pain proportion of the observation group(96.67%)was significantly higher than the that of the control group(60.00%),infection rate(3.33%) was significantly lower than that of the control group(20.00%)(P<0.05). Conclusion:Irradiated pigskin applications in deepⅡdegree burn treatment in pediatric patients can reduce the suffering of children ,shorten the course,and be the effective and reliable,better wound healing.关键词
