摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the prevention and therapy about postoperative complications of chronic subdural hematoma drilling drainage. Method:150 patients with CSDH were selected from September 2008 to September 2013,then analyzed the situation of the clinical treatment, complications,the prevention and therapy measures. Result:The postoperative total cure rate was 98.7%;and there had 7 kinds of complication such as hematoma,intracranial pneumatosis,intracranial infection,cerebrospinal fluid leakage,epilepsy,secondary intracranial hematoma and heart failure;the incidence of recurrent hematoma was relatively high,the incidence of intracranial infection was relatively low(P<0.05). Conclusion:The treatment with CSDH in drilling drainage should take reasonable measures early to prevent complications,so as to ensure the operation effect.关键词
