基于CBS+PBL教学法在高职外科护理学教学中的应用

Abstract
Objective:To explore the application of surgical nursing teaching based on CBS and PBL in higher vocational colleges students. Method:Ninety-six students were randomly selected in the seven and eight class of the nursing specialty in higher vocational education,The observation group with 48 students in class seven were teaching around CBS and PBL. As the control group with 48 students in class eight were teaching only by LBL method. The theoretical results,the practice skills of students,and the teaching evaluation that grasped for the two groups were observed. Result:93.75%of the students believed that the CBL combined with PBL teaching mode was superior to traditional teaching method. The scores of the theoretical results and the practice skills of students,in the observation group were significantly better than the control group,and the difference between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Combined application of CBS+PBL can improve the students’ comprehensive ability,mobilizes the students’ learning interest,improve the students' learning efficiency,and strengthen their sense of self-worth.关键词
