Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical effects of patients with different operating methods treating benign prostatic hyperplasia combined with cystolith. Method:Retrospective analysis were done in 100 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia combined with cystolith treatment from January 2010 to January 2013 in our hospital. The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to operating methods and each group had 50 patients.The operating method of the observation group was to insert resectoscope under the orthophoria of urethral and take out of the stones in cystolith by pincers. Operating method of observation group was to adopt nephroscope and use air pressure trajectory stone breaker to break the stones for bladder. Electrocision of prostate were done.Stone-taking time,total operating time,washing time of bladder,retention catheterization time,and hospital stays time of two groups were compared. Result:The differences of stone-taking time,total operating time,washing time of bladder,retention catheterization time,and hospital stays time in two groups had no statistic significance(P>0.05). Conclusion:The two operating methods can be adopted in the clinic to treating the patients suffering from benign prostatic hyperplasia combined with cystolith.关键词
